Shipping Summary

If we have the inventory in stock we can get the item shipped out the same day you order as long as it is before 5:00 pm central time and reach you in 3-4 business days or better.  If it's not in stock, it could take up to 2 weeks to reach you.  We will email you status.

The store is located in Coppell Texas 75019.

Our flat rate shipping for every order is $6.50.

If items are different that the flat rate shipping, we will contact you before the transaction is complete and explain why there was a different.

Terms of returns and refunds.

If you find you don’t like the game for whatever reason, you have 15 days to return it for store credit, so long as the game is in the same condition you received it. No missing pieces.

If the product is received damaged, we will gladly replace the product within 15 days of purchase.  You will need to return the product in the same box and we will ship out a new one.  Details and status will be emailed to you.

Clearance item sales are final.

Full returns are possible if the situation calls for extra-ordinary circumstances, like your nine year old ordered a game and used your credit card.  I promise I won’t ask how your nine year old got your card.
